Join us in helping assemble backpacks containing critical school supplies for students at Chicora Elementary, River Oaks Middle, Cross High, and unhoused students served through the McKinney-Vento Program in Berkeley County on Saturday, August 9th!
Our goal is to pack 2000 backpacks in just 4 hours! All supplies will be donated through the Ready, Set, Thrive! School Support Drive which runs from May 5 through late July. If you would like to contribute to the supplies please visit: https://www.roonga.com/readysetthrive2025.
Organized by Trident United Way’s PULSE and Young Leaders United programs, with support from Women United, this community drive collects essential items like school supplies, clothing, hygiene products, and food to ensure every student has what they need to succeed.
