The East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO) Farmers Markets are held every 3rd Thursday of the month, starting at 9:00 AM. On these days, ECCO receives fresh produce from the Lowcountry Food Bank and distributes it to clients. Volunteers arrive at 9:00 AM to help with set up before clients start arriving at 10:00 AM. Volunteers help greet clients and load the items into their cars.
