DAY OF IMPACT
Bed & Fence Repair Day – Skilled Volunteer Focus
This workday is dedicated to improving the garden’s infrastructure and requires hands-on building and repair skills. This day is vital to the success of our 2026 season.

Volunteer tasks include:
· Replacing raised bed posts and boards with composite lumber
· Repairing sections of the fence
· Installing new fence posts set in concrete
· Staining beds and fencing (weather permitting)
Volunteer requirements for Saturday:
· 18 spots available for skilled volunteers
· Experience with tools, building, or repairs is strongly encouraged
· Youth volunteers are welcome only if they are directly assisting a parent or accompanying adult
Arrival & Departure
Please arrive 5 minutes before our volunteer workday starts so we can meet and set the day's plan. If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your slot to another family.
