Honor Flight of the Cape Fear Area is hosting the Welcome Home Celebration to greet, thank, and celebrate the Veterans and their Guardians returning from their day trip to Washington, D.C.
The Celebration will be held at the Aero Center Wilmington close to the Customs Building/International Terminal.
Address is 1830 Flightline Rd. Wilmington, NC 28405
Use Gardner Road or Blue Clay Road to get to Hall Drive.
Aero Center (hangar) is close to the intersection of Trask Dr. and Hall Dr.
No parking at the Aero Center
Parking available in the overflow lot across from Shuttle Parking
Follow signs to the Shuttle Lot and you will be directed to where to park.
Arrive by 7:30pm to park (carpooling is encouraged).
Honor Flight is expected to land at 8pm.
Bring welcome home/thank you signs, flags, and lots of love for our Veterans!
